Shipping Policy – IntelGoons Arms

Firearms Shipping Policy (FFL Required)

All firearms purchased through IntelGoons Arms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We do not ship firearms directly to customers.

At checkout, customers must:

  • Select a preferred FFL from our database or
  • Provide the contact information of a licensed FFL dealer

If your selected FFL is not already on file, we will contact them to obtain a valid license prior to shipment. Orders will not ship until a valid FFL is verified.

The receiving FFL dealer will conduct the required background check and complete the legal transfer process in accordance with all applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their selected FFL will accept the transfer
  • Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL
  • Completing all required paperwork and background checks

Firearms Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Firearms orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after FFL verification
  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships

Delays may occur due to:

  • FFL verification issues
  • State or local compliance requirements
  • High order volume or external carrier delays

Ammunition Shipping Policy

Ammunition shipments must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

We do not ship ammunition to restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

  • California (select restrictions apply)
  • New York (select restrictions apply)
  • New Jersey
  • Massachusetts
  • Illinois (FOID required)
  • Connecticut
  • Alaska (no standard ground shipping)
  • Hawaii

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws before placing an order.

Ammunition shipments:

  • Are shipped via ground carriers only
  • May require adult signature upon delivery
  • Cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Magazines & Restricted Items

Certain products (including magazines, firearm components, and accessories) may be restricted in specific states or localities.

Orders containing restricted items will be:

  • Cancelled and refunded, or
  • Modified to remove non-compliant items

IntelGoons Arms is not responsible for ensuring customer compliance with local laws.

Non-Serialized Items (Accessories & Gear)

Items such as optics, slings, lights, and gear:

  • Ship directly to the customer
  • Typically ship within 1–3 business days
  • May ship separately from firearms or ammunition

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on product type, destination, and compliance requirements.

Order Cancellations & Refused Transfers

If a customer:

  • Fails a background check
  • Refuses transfer
  • Does not complete transfer within a reasonable timeframe

The order may be:

  • Returned to IntelGoons Arms
  • Subject to restocking fees (20% for FFL purchases)
  • Non-refundable for original shipping costs

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information. IntelGoons Arms is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you certify that:

  • You are legally allowed to purchase and possess the items ordered
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

IntelGoons Arms reserves the right to cancel any order that violates applicable laws or presents compliance concerns.
