At IntelGoons Arms, we are committed to ensuring all firearm purchases are conducted safely, securely, and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All serialized firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to the purchaser.
Below is a step-by-step overview of the firearm purchasing and transfer process.
Step 1 – Select Your Firearm
Browse our firearm collections and select the item you would like to purchase. Firearms are listed within our collections, including:
- Pistols
- Rifles
- Shotguns
Once you have selected your firearm, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 2 – Select Your FFL Dealer at Checkout
During checkout, you will be prompted to select a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for your transfer.
To locate a dealer:
- Enter your ZIP code during checkout
- Available FFL dealers in your area will populate automatically
- Select your preferred dealer from the list provided
If your preferred dealer is located outside of your ZIP code area (but still within your state), you may search using the dealer’s ZIP code to locate them.
Step 3 – Firearm Shipment & FFL Verification
Once your dealer is selected:
- The shipping address for the order will automatically update to the licensed dealer’s address
- Serialized firearms will ONLY ship to a verified FFL holder
- IntelGoons Arms verifies all FFL information prior to shipment to ensure compliance with all federal and state firearm transfer regulations
Orders will not be shipped until the receiving dealer’s license information has been confirmed. Shipment timelines can often be pushed outside of our control while awaiting dealers' information or awaiting verification.
Step 4 – Dealer Receipt & Transfer Process
Once your order has been delivered to your selected FFL dealer, you will receive an automated email notification confirming delivery.
Please note:
- Delivery confirmation does NOT necessarily mean your firearm is immediately ready for pickup
- Each FFL dealer maintains their own transfer procedures, processing timelines, business hours, transfer fees, and pickup policies
- Customers are responsible for coordinating directly with their selected dealer regarding pickup availability and transfer requirements
When picking up your firearm, you will generally be required to:
- Complete ATF Form 4473
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID
- Complete any required state documentation or waiting periods
- Successfully pass a background check, where applicable
IntelGoons Arms does not control individual dealer processing times or transfer procedures.
Step 5 – State & Local Compliance Requirements
IntelGoons Arms complies with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws and regulations.
Certain states and local jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to:
- Firearm feature restrictions
- Magazine capacity limitations
- Waiting periods
- Firearm registration requirements
- Handgun roster restrictions
- Additional permits or licensing requirements
If an item cannot legally be shipped to your state or locality, IntelGoons Arms reserves the right to cancel or modify the order in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws prior to placing an order. If you have questions regarding firearm legality or transfer requirements in your area, we recommend contacting your selected FFL dealer before purchasing.
